in the supply of competent, quality conscious and dedicated skilled and
unskilled Human Resources to suit to the requirements of manufacturing and
service Industries.
We undertake all types of work – be it Housekeeping, ETP, Office, Packing,
Production Shop Floor or any other as per your requirement.
VOSPL provides on contract basis the following Man-power - (either Sex).
Fresh/Experienced Diploma Holders
ITI – any trade.
Unskilled Workmen (10th Pass and +2).
Data Entry operators.
Drivers, Fork lift Operators and Office Boy.
Administrative Staff.
RATES & SERVICE CHARGES
Our
rates are very reasonable and economical.
We
charge as per the Minimum Wages Act.
Full
Reimbursement of PF and ESI paid.
Uniform
and Safety Shoes provided by you.
Our
Service charges@ 15% of the total
We will
submit Photocopy of PF and ESI Challan.
Central
Government Service Tax@12% on Gross Value and Education Cess 2% on Service Tax
and Higher Education Cess 1% on Service Tax.
GENERAL TERMS &
CONDITIONS:
VOSPL
will enter into contract for one year.
Any
increase in the Minimum wages, Dearness Allowance, ESI, EPF and Service Tax or any statutory
obligations will have to be borne by the principal Employer.
Payments
for Bonus, National and Festival Holidays & Annual Leave with wages to be made
by the Principal Employer.
All the
statutory compliance towards ESI, EPF, Inspector Of Factories and Service Tax
will be carried out by us.
In case
of accidents to our contract workmen, first aid to be given by the company and
then after, we will take care of the Injured.
Any
facility extended to our staff and workman while on duty can be on charges at
mutually agreed rate.
Bills
will submitted on or before 3rd of every month for regular payment and Payment
to be effected latest by 10th
In case
of termination of contract one month notice to be given Side.
